.Various, medium-early, flat-round, yellow historical variety with long shelf life.
The local variety has been on the market since 1880. In 1955, Kampe writes "The variety has great cultivation importance. It combines in the best way marketable shape, color and size, versatile cultivation use and good storability."
The onions have a medium-early ripening time, grow to about 6 cm in diameter and have a sharp taste. Raw they are good for seasoning salads and fit cooked to many vegetable -, fish - and meat dishes.
